do you use any type of padding in your mouth piede?

Y play a tenor and the vibration makes my upper teeh hurt. I started using electrical tape and it worked, but then i thought i had better ask because it could be somewhat harmful for my healt.

They make rubber pad type things that you stick on to your mouthpiece and it acts a cushion. I assume that's what you're talking about. I know very little about the health hazards of electrical tape, though.
