I want to up my game on the harmonica. I can "pass" as a harp player for a song or two, doing the ol' huff and puff, and can play single notes, bends, etc., but I start to repeat myself pretty quick. Are there any web resources that can show me some mid-level licks, esp. those that might open up the upper holes for me?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

1. Can you do blow bends? Because if you can't, those tend to help a lot with dealing with the 8-9-10 holes. I'm not very good at them myself, but once in a while when I stab at it, it works, sounds cool, and people think I'm amazing. When it doesn't work well, most people don't notice too much.
2. Have you explored using different positions with your harp playing; I specifically refer to cross harp, which is a favorite blues position. Positions are used when playing in a different key than the harmonica was set diatonic to.
3. I'd like to say that the best way to pick up licks is to listen to music. Figure out what impresses you and try it out.
I know I didn't really answer your direct question, but I hope some of this helps out a little.
