Or is it do it with the help of others? Quit trying to take all the credit! you didnt do it yourself. :D
Unless you are talking about just the act of doing physically. :idea:
I say here is a thanks to all the true DIY'ers who help us who have not graduated to DIY as of yet. :thu:

In a sense, no one does anything completely by themselves. Given that, DIY has to have a meaning that is somewhat different. For me, DIY means whatever the DIYer wants it to mean. If you buy a kit, and build it, even with help, you built it, and that makes you a DIYer. Not to the same extent as the person who designs the project from scratch, but it's legitimate all the same.

When I first started, Your definition of DIY fit me pretty well,
But now It no longer works.

I do everything myself. ..
